The new face of the Brussels City administrative centre has been unveiled for the first time at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

Developed and promoted jointly by architects Jaspers and Eyers and real estate companies Breevast and Immobel the new project, on the Avenue Pacheco, hopes to draw public attention to a somewhat neglected part of the city. The development will include a 120 meter high tower, shopping and retail facilities.
