Brussels clears bulky waste

Brussels is organising a bulky waste collection until 22 June. Special containers are supplied on the streets and information about collection is circulated previously in each area. The cleaning service is on call from 8.00 to 18.00 and collection may also be by house appointment.

Bulky waste means refrigerators, domestic appliances, sofas, furniture and mattresses. It does not include toxic waste, construction materials and tires.

Each household is allowed clearance of 2m3, on display of an ID card to prove residence in Brussels.
