Dutch design on show.

Galleries, shops, restaurants, hotels, clubs and museums around the Dutch capital are taking part in the third edition of the Amsterdam Design project throughout September, showcasing the latest in Dutch design. Highlights include vintage multiplex wooden furniture on show at Wonderwood, the Woonbeurs interior design fair at the Amsterdam RAI and an exhibition of Dutch designers who have recently presented their work at the prestigious international design fair in Milan at Via Milano. From 14-17 September, Inside Design 2006 presents an exhibition itinerary involving over 80 venues across Amsterdam, including private homes. One of the stops on the route is the Elle Wonen canal-side house on the Herengracht, where visitors can taste, listen to and admire the work of both well-known and up-and-coming designers.
