Lidl sneakers sell out reaching record price

In Finland, Belgium, Germany and Great Britain the Lidl shoes have already sold out.

Thanks to their bright colours and their affordable price, Lidl's new sneakers could actually become the new summer wardrobe trend for those who don't like to go unnoticed.

The blue, yellow and red shoes are sold by the German supermarket chain for €12.99, but many people have complained that they can no longer be found in stores, or on the official website. Selling points actually went out of stock within just a few days.

The only way to buy them is therefore to rely on online marketplaces, where they are often sold at much higher prices.

In many cases the shoes are now sold for €100 but, as the Mirror reported, across the Channel there are pairs of Lidl shoes sold for up to 450 pounds.
