The Madrid metro is to run a two-month pilot that will allow passengers to download information onto their mobile phones via Bluetooth.

Passengers will be able to access timetable and service information, as well as maps and information on sites of interest near stations at specific connectivity points in stations. The service will be tested for two months at Sol and Moncloa stations and on the whole of line 3.
