4-30 July 2005. American jazz stars have always enjoyed crossing the Atlantic to play the cities clubs, making Paris another Jazz Mecca. In July, the Sunset and Sunside clubs will host the American Jazz Festival and its many great names: the tenor saxophonist Rick Margitza, pianists Orrin Evans, George Cables, Stanley Cowell and Bill Carrothers, guitarist Jef Lee Johnson, bassist Avishai Cohen, drummers Peter Erskine and Al Foster, vocalist Jri Brown and many more. Yet again, this 12th edition of the will be rich and varied.
