20 Nov-30 Dec 2006. Charles Dickenss festive season classic A Christmas Carol returns to the Vienna International Theatres Fundus venue. The Victorian morality tale centres on the old miser and money-lender Ebenezer Scrooge who falls asleep in his dingy rooms on Christmas Eve only to be visited by the ghosts of the Christmas Past, Present and Christmas Yet to Come, who warn him to change his evil ways. Wracked by fear and remorse, Scrooge sets out to right the wrongs he has inflicted on others. Now celebrating its 21st annual production at the Fundus, this years Christmas Carol cast includes Marilyn Close, Laura Mitchell, Eric Lomas, Marianna de Fazio, Roxanne Carless and Kieran Brown. Jack Babb directs. Admission 24-20. Under-26s, students and seniors 14. Performances daily at 19.30. No show on 7, 10, 11, 24 & 25 Dec.
