26 March 2006. The National Concert Hall hosts an evening of music with one of Irelands most popular folk singers, Sean Keane. Born into the Keane family of traditional musicians in Co. Galway, his repertoire embraces not only folk, but also blues, traditional Irish, country and pop. Described as the Caruso of Irish music, Keanes singing career dates back to early childhood. Now with six albums and five awards from the Irish Music Magazines polls to his credit, he has just released his latest album entitled Sean Keane. Admission 25-15. Concert starts at 20.00.
