9 September - 17 October 2010. As part of the Design September festival, the subtitle of the exhibition Another Morocco is 'When design combines with sustainable development'. The production of traditional Moroccan crafts, predominantly by Moroccan women, is in the process of being revived. Using new technology and incorporating current trends, these artisans are marrying antique with chic to create a revamped product, often from recycled materials.
