3-13 May 2006. Charlie Chaplins granddaughter, Aurlia Thierre, stars in Aurlias Oratorio at the Abbey Theatre. Created by one of the pioneers of new circus, Victoria Thierre Chaplin, this dazzling display of stage illusion has been described by The Times as sublime. The show blends music hall, variety and traditional circus acrobatics with magical trickery and theatrical invention. Puppet manipulation and animation is performed by Tarzana Foures, Monika Schwarsl and Nicola Reese. Running for 1 hour and 15 minutes, Aurlias Oratorio is suitable for all ages from 8 years on. Admission 30, 25, 20, 15, 12 concession available Mon-Thurs. Performances Mon-Sat 20.00 Sat matinee 14.30.
