22 May - 10 July 2010. The Abbey Theatre presents the world premiere of Bernard Farrell's latest play. Specially commissioned by the Abbey, this comedic tale is centred around an all-female book club in ostentatious 'Celtic Tiger Ireland'. Book club member Ann is nervous about hosting this month's event. When the women invite their husbands to join, and a mysterious figure descends the stairs into their midst, suddenly the evening turns from paperback to pandemonium. Directed by Jim Culleton, the cast includes Marion O'Dwyer and Phelim Drew.
