3 June-11 September. The Romanian Cultural Institute, in collaboration with the Artes del Ayuntamiento in Madrid and the National Museum of Contemporary Art of Bucharest, offers a glimpse of Bucharest as seen by ten Romanian artists from different generations.

Featuring photographs from the 1970s to the present, the works on show are by artists for whom the media of photography and video is as much a means of visual expression as an instrument of social criticism.

The artists are Calin Dan, Ion Dumitriu, Bogdan Girbovan, Teodor Graur, Ion Grigorescu, Iosif Kiraly, Andrei Pandele, Vlad Nanca, Mircea Nicolae & Mona Vatamanu and Florin Tudor.
