29 March-3 Sept 2006. The life, loves and travels of Giacomo Casanova, whose name has become synonymous with seduction, is now a musical presented by the Friedrichstadtpalast theatre. Set in Venice, London, Spain, in a Turkish bath, in the company of kings, aristocratic ladies and courtesans, the 18th-century libertine is portrayed as a youthful hero, an old fool, a lover and an intellectual. Directed by Jrgen Nass with choreography by US-born Kim Duddy. Music composed by Niclas Ramdor.
