2 Feb-21 May 2006. Over 90 black-and-white photographs by Chema Madoz, winner of the Spanish National Photography prize in 2000, are on show in this exhibition organized by the Spanish Ministry of Culture in conjunction with the Fundacin Telefnica. Born in Madrid in 1958, Jos Mara Rodrguez Madoz was influenced by the artistic movements of the early 20th century such as dadaism and surrealism. His subtle alterations to everyday objects recalls the work of Magritte, Duchamp and the still-lifes of Man Ray. Admission free. Tues-Fri 10.00-14.00, 17.00-20.00, Sat 11.00-20.00, Sun and public holidays 11.00-14.00.
