18 Feb - 18 April 2009 Cindy Sherman is internationally renowned for her thought provoking and often disturbing photographs. For more than 30 years she has worked as her own model, disguising herself into a wide variety of unrecognisable transgender personas, manipulating her body and surroundings to suit her desired message. Spruth Magers is the host of her first European exhibition of new work since 2004. 14 colour photographs are on show, many investigating her obsession with beauty and aging, glamour and social hierarchy.
