9 July-3 Sept. The Museum of Oxford presents a series of family-friendly art and craft events based on Oxford author Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

An exhibition featuring historical collections on loan from the Lewis Carroll Society examines how Carroll's original story has inspired various artists around the world, from illustrations by international designers to work by local school children.

It comprises family activities such as making mad hats and crowns, trying on fancy dress costumes and story reading. Events take place at the Museum of Oxford during opening hours, or in the Town Hall Gallery from 13.30-16.00 from Tues-Thurs throughout the school holidays. For more details see website.
