Much of Dublin's city centre is candidly portrayed in this latest offering by David Browne; however as the title of the show suggests, Browne's emphasis and pictorial interest lie in the effect of the sun on the capital's cityscape, and not the urban geography itself. Veering towards the abstract, the artist concentrates on the play between light and dark, flawless perspective, and strong sunlight against cool shadows.
