27 March - 29 August 2010. Over the last 30 years Denmark's National Gallery has continuously acquired photography for inclusion in its Royal Collection of Prints and Drawings.

The 250 photographs by Danish and international artists in the collection have been completed as part of the artists' work practices.

Celebrating the diversity of the medium, the exhibition focuses on the advances made in modern photography as well as examining experimental, abstract and narrative strands of photography. Included in the show are works by Man Ray, Albert Mertz, Gerhard Richter and Dash Snow.
