Private art collecting in Austria is under the spotlight in Discovery and Ownership. Highlighting the ever growing community of collectors in Austria, now putting itself on the international map, the show presents ten collections with a special emphasis on individual differences. The exhibition ultimately seeks to clarify the various aspects of collecting, ranging from the extremes of obsession and conservation, categorisation, and order, and demonstrates the remarkable scope and quality of art collected in Austria.
