Irelands Museum of Modern Art presents the countrys first large-scale exhibition of the work of Internationally renowned artist Dorothy Cross, who was born in Cork in 1956. Comprising over 40 of her works from installation, sculpture, performance, film and photography, the exhibition covers the period from the late 1980s to the present date. Several of Cross's iconic sculptures, such as, Amazon, 1988, and Virgin Shroud, 1993, are featured alongside some of her best-known films, including Eyemaker, 2000, and Jellyfish Lake, 2002 (pictured). This diverse and extensive exhibition is the perfect opportunity to view Cross's witty and inventive works.
