1-11 June 2006. Four cellists and an actor/guide explore the world of the eccentric genius, French musician Erik Satie, in a theatrical performance at Barcelonas Versus Teatre. Entitled Em Dic Erik Satie, Com Tothom (Je mappelle Erik Satie, comme tout le monde), the show is based on Saties writings and music, despite his famous injunction to performers forbidding anyone to read the text aloud during the musical performance. Eva Curt, Pau Ferrer, Daniel Oliu and Daniel Regincs are the four musicians with Quim Lecina in the role of actor and director. Musical arrangements by Joan Sadurn. Admission 16. Thurs-Sat 21.15, Sun 18.15. No performance 10 June.
