Europalia Brasil

4 October - 15 January. The Europalia Brasil festival draws on Brazil's diverse cultural contribution as its central theme.

An emerging world power, Brazil looks towards a vibrant future but is also rooted in a colourful and multi-ethnic past.

A team of innovative curators from Brazil have set up some 20 exhibitions charting the history of Brazilian art, from the country's first inhabitants through to the work of contemporary artists.

Europalia Brasil focuses on a variety of artistic disciplines celebrating Brazil such as music, dance and theatre, through mini festivals, conferences, workshops, film and literature.

The club.brasil, located on the Mont des Arts, is the epicentre of the festival.
