The Festival of Lights will illuminate Berlins most famous landmarks for one magical week. With themed events like "Berlin's famous boulevards","The towers of Berlin", "Squares of Berlin", and "Berlin City Halls" a symbolic ribbon of light will be woven through the capital, enhanced by a vast array of events. One of the highlights, and the opening event, will be the "Kick-Off-Light Marathon" on 13 October in which the TV Tower will be symbolically set alight by a Magical Relay Wand.
