George Condo: The Way I Think

9 Nov-2 April. The Louisiana exhibits four decades' worth of drawings by New York artist George Condo in an exhibition organised in collaboration with The Phillips Collection in Washington DC. Born in 1957, Condo came to recognition in the early 1980s, alongside his peers Basquiat and Keith Haring, while working on silkscreen prints at Andy Warhol's Factory. Condo's inventive style mixes distorted references to masters such as Velazquez, Manet and Picasso with elements of American pop art. His works have never been shown in Scandinavia before. Tues-Fri 11.00-22.00 Sat-Sun 11.00-18.00
