Le Futurisme à Paris. Une avant-garde explosive.

15 Oct 2008-26 Jan 2009.To celebrate the centenary of the publication of the Futurist Manifesto by Filippo Tommaso Marinetti on the front page of the French newspaper Le Figaro on 20 February 1909, the Centre Pompidou dedicates this exhibition to Futurism in Paris. This event examines the impact of Futurism on the French avant-garde and Cubism and highlights the relations between these two movements with more than 200 works and documents by Futurist painters such as Georges Braque, Robert Delaunay, F
