13 October - 27 January 2011. On the occasion of the 150th year of the Louis Vuitton brand, the exhibition pays homage to the luxury fashion house by showcasing a range of the company's high end products such as belts, handbags and luggage. The exhibition also examines the company's many successful designs including the famous monogram which itself has become something of an ostentatious symbol. The Carnavalet museum also reveals the history and private life of the Vuitton family.
