3 August - 4 January. Archaeologists from Museum of Copenhagen meet visitors and discuss the excavations at the City Hall Square.

Construction work is currently underway as the city's new metro line will run under the square, resulting in much of the square being closed at present. Behind the scenes, along with the construction workers, archaeologists are also busy digging.

Each day from Monday to Thursday an archaeologist will talk to visitors about the ongoing excavations and the artefacts that are being found along the way. No reservation required, talks in English at 14.00 (in Danish at 13.00).
