Michel Comte

This comprehensive exhibition charts three decades or work by Michel Comte, a Swiss photographer known for his portraits of movie stars, supermodels and greats of the jazz and music scene, from Helena Christensen to Sylvester Stallone to Miles Davis.

The show has been developed by the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich and presents the main phases of Comte's oeuvre.

The works are divided into three thematic sections: Comte's portraits, fashion and advertising photography, and nudes since 1979; behind-the-scenes and archive; and the photographer's commitment to charitable organisations.
