6 July-6 Aug 2006. Anchored at the Christian Brygge quay near Langebro, the MV Stubnitz culture ship hosts a daily programme of jazz, rock, electro, hip-hop, reggae and techno music plus DJ party nights with bands and DJs from the USA, Japan, Germany, Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands performing live. Highlights of the Stubnitz concert programme include Looking for Johnny an evening with music and performance featuring Karl Stampes, Peter Kyed, Anna Aslaug, Katrine Karlsen, Morten Koefoed and Erik Pold (30 July at 18.00), while the Final Night Party line-up includes live performances from Sofus Fosberg, Ester Louder, The All Core and Tone (5 Aug at 23.00). Copenhagen is the MV Stubnitzs first port of call this summer to be followed by Rostock, Hamburg and Amsterdam. Admission concerts/parties Dkk80-Dkk50. Concerts usually start 21.00, parties 23.00-05.00.
