Based on her diary and letters, the play recounts the short life and sudden death of the American pacifist defending a Palestinian home from an Israeli army bulldozer. Described by the Daily Telegraph as a thought-provoking and deeply moving piece of theatre, My Name is Rachel Corrie is directed by Alan Rickman with sound and video design by Emma Laxton.
