Pessoa: All Art Is a Form of Literature

This exhibition takes its title from a quotation by Álvaro de Campos, a heteronym created by the modernist Portuguese poet, writer, literary critic and philosopher Fernando Pessoa (1888–1935), and published in the influential Portuguese magazine presença. The exhibition displays an array of avant-garde publications containing the writings of Pessoa, who is considered one of the greatest poets in the Portuguese language and who also wrote in English and French.
