23 Nov 2005-6 March 2006. The Centre Pompidou is hosting a tribute to acclaimed American film-maker Martin Scorsese. Intgrale Scorsese presents the entire body of Scorseses work alongside US, British and Italian films from the 1940s and 1950s which enthralled him in his youth and influenced his subsequent career. Among the Scorsese films showing in February are the award-winning Taxi driver, Cape Fear, the complete version of New York, New York, the music documentary The Last Waltz and Gangs of New York. The first week of March sees Oscar winner Raging Bull, Casino and a black and white documentary on the life of Bob Dylan, No Direction Home. Scorseses films are in English with French subtitles.
