Until 31 December 2010. Donated to the Marmottan Museum in 1981, the Daniel Wildenstein Collection comprises 313 miniatures. Including works from the 13th to 16th century, from English, French, Italian, Flemish schools, the miniatures were removed from the books in which they originally appeared, and are now displayed on parchment. Featuring predominantly ecclesiastical artwork, the miniatures provide an invaluable insight into European life in the Middle Ages.
