1 Jan-31 Dec 2006. After three years of renovation work, the Laughter Lounge comedy club returns to Eden Quay in central Dublin with a line-up of four top comedians every Thurs, Fri and Sat. Irish comedian from Co Tyrone, Kevin McAleer, headlines on 18,19 and 20 May with Cole Parker, Robbie Bonham and Paddy Courtney, followed by acclaimed British comedian Gordon Southern, with Dougie Dunlop, Damien Clarke and Keith Farnan on 25, 26 and 27 May. The new venue is equipped with the latest in sound and lighting systems and shows are projected live on four plasma screens. There is music and dancing after the show and the bar stays open till late. Admission 20. Doors open 19.30 Shows start 20.30.
