The WALL

A 12-m long multi-touch screen wall provides visitors with street-level access an eclectic database of 20,000 images from the history of the Danish capital.

With its ever-changing imagery, the mobile WALL has been hosted in several locations in the city centre since 2010, and can currently be found at the Nørrebro at Queen Louise's Bridge.

Described by organisers as a "declaration of love of Copenhagen", the interactive wall is an initiative of the Museum of Copenhagen and its media database has been provided by the museum and the residents of Copenhagen.

Visitors to the digital platform are encouraged to comment and even upload their own personal photos or videos of Copenhagen.
