15-17 Sept 2006. Workshops, lectures, free open classes and over 180 exhibition stands are on offer at the 3rd edition of the Yoga Shows annual mega-event at the National Hall, Olympia. Workshop activities include Yoga Rave-Electro Funk, Yoga Ballet Fusion and Yoga Beats, Sunburst Vinyasa Flow and Teach Meditation, while the exhibition hall has everything from asana boards to books, jewellery and yogi teas. Free sessions and one-to-ones are available in a fully equipped Pilates studio as an introduction to this exceptional exercise and rehabilitation system. Professional yoga, Pilates and ayurvedic practitioners are on hand with information, advice and demonstrations. Children under five are not permitted to attend lectures or workshops.
