2-30 June 2006. Following the success of last years open-air summer production Ivanhoe, with 80,000 tickets sold, the Royal Danish Theatre - Det Kongelige Teater - presents another epic tale, Thor, in the beautiful surrounds of the park at Ulvedalene. Directed by Mikkel Harder Munck and Kasper Bech Holten, Thor recounts the legend of the Nordic god of thunder, protector of both the gods and humans against the forces of evil. The cast includes Lars Bom, David Owe, Nis Bank-Mikkelsen, Trine Pallesen, Maria Rossing and Morten Suurballe, as well as a team of stuntmen. Horse riding, sword fights and dance complete the production. Original music composed by Frans Bak, choreography by Bill Holmberg. Admission Dkk375-Dkk250. Tues-Sun at 20.30.
